We do not collect sensitive personal data such as government ID numbers, biometric data, or health information.

Your account data (name, email, schools, goals, essay progress) is stored securely in Google Firebase Firestore, a cloud database with enterprise-grade security. Firebase is operated by Google and complies with major international data protection standards.
Your browser also stores a local copy of your profile in localStorage to enable faster access. This data stays on your device and is cleared when you log out.
Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not store your card number, CVV, or banking details.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We do not use Google Analytics or similar analytics services that track you across websites.
admitwiser is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
admitwiser serves users globally. Your data may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States (where Google Firebase and Stripe operate). We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers in accordance with applicable data protection law.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it for longer.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice on the platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
