Our platform uses artificial intelligence to assist your application process. AI-generated content should be treated as a starting point and edited to reflect your authentic voice and experience.
To access most features, you must create an account. You may register using Google OAuth or an email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Free Plan: Access to the dashboard, school picker, and selected free modules is available at no cost.
admitwiser Pro: A one-time payment of $249 grants access to all Pro features for 12 months from the date of purchase. This is not a recurring subscription — you will not be charged automatically after your 12-month period.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our product, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact us at hello@admitwiser.com within 7 days of purchase.
You agree to use admitwiser only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
admitwiser is a tool to help you develop and articulate your own genuine experiences, goals, and voice. We encourage you to use our AI assistance responsibly and ensure all submitted content is honest and accurate.
The admitwiser platform, including its design, code, content, mascot (Wiser), and brand assets, is owned by admitwiser and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Content you create using our platform (your essays, goals, profile information) remains yours. By using our platform, you grant us a limited licence to process and store your content solely to provide our services to you.
admitwiser provides information and tools to assist your MBA application. We do not guarantee admission to any school, and our platform does not constitute professional admissions consulting advice.
Visa and immigration information provided on our platform is for general guidance only and does not constitute legal advice. For specific visa questions, consult a qualified immigration attorney or the relevant government authority.
Scholarship and funding information is provided in good faith but may change. Always verify details directly with the awarding organisation.
Our service is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the completeness, reliability, or suitability of our platform for any purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, admitwiser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to damages related to admissions outcomes, visa decisions, or financial aid.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Your use of admitwiser is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by displaying a notice on the platform. Your continued use of admitwiser after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
